    摘要:

    投饲不同动物蛋白源,不同蛋白质含量的配合饲料养殖鲤鱼种,在环境条件和投饲率相同的情况下,测定鱼体的增重率、肌肉、肝脏中脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)和核糖核酸(RNA)的含量.结果表明:A、B、C三组饲料蛋白质含量分别为18.17%、17.86%、31.56%时,其个体平均增重率分别为106.87%、94.65%、129.48%;平均饲料系数分别为2.04、2.30、1.52时,RNA/DNA平均比率分别为2.99、2.90和4.13.实验表明,肌肉中RNA/DNA比率是一个能非常灵敏地反映鱼类生长和蛋白质含量的指标.由此可知,在环境条件及受试鱼投饲率相同时RNA/DNA比率的大小可作为评价鱼类生长及其摄食配合饲料营养价值优劣的指标.

    Abstract:

    The carp fingerling was fed with formulated feed containting different protein quantities and various animal protein sources. Under the equal environmental condition and the same feeding rate,the gained weight rates and RNA,DNA contents of fish's muscle and liver were measured. The result showed:When feeding groups of A,B, and C were contained protein in 18. 17%,17. 86 0 oand 31. 56% respectively,and the average gained weight rates of each group were 106. 87%.94. 65%and 129. 48%.The mean feed coefficients were 2. 04,2. 30 and 1. 52,and RNA/DNA ratios were 2. 99,2. 90 and 4. 13 respectively. Moreover,RNA/DNA ratio is a very sensitive indicator in reflecting fish growth rate and protein content in the feed. Therefore,RNA/DNA ratio in the muscle can evaluate fish growth and the quality of the formulated feed.
