During an annual ayele, the hemolymph 20-HE in female peaked in Mayand August (13.6.99ng/ml and 15.84r.og/the hemolynph 20-HEin male peaked in June and September(20.25 1 13.5ng Jml and I4.44 r 9.ABngJm1),The lowest level of hemolymph20-HE of both female and male were in Ia'ebrua,ry(3.T5-3.38ng Jml and 3.68 t 1.78ng/ml)These results indicated that peak levelsof hemolymph 2D--HE in May (female) and June (msI.) were related to growth,peak levels in August (female) and September (male) were related. to reproductivemolt and early gonad development
