Abstract:Hemalymph 24-hydrogyecdysona (2p-HE),I7,B-oestradiol(ir)aad testostexona (T) level cluges in rorhear sznen.sas were measuredby radioimmttnoassay (RIA). 1---2 days before molt stage, the hennolymph0-AE reached to peak level of 1151832.9fing/ml,the lowest level of 7. 9 t1.39ng/ml was found. at the malt stage= 1-2 daps after molt, the 20-HE levelwas still lower. n female crab, the peak level of hemolymph 1T3-E showed inSeptember and reached to 215 a- d. 28ng/ml in Decembers (3.62 - 1.11 xgml )with the vitelline accumulation时oacyte,afterwards 1TE,, levels werelaw erIn male crab, hemolymph T level began toraise in etober and reached. to2.15 - 0.28ngJml in December, it induced the development and maturation oftestes. During an annual ayele, the hemolymph 20-HE in female peaked in Mayand August (13.6.99ng/ml and 15.84r.og/the hemolynph 20-HEin male peaked in June and September(20.25 1 13.5ng Jml and I4.44 r 9.ABngJm1),The lowest level of hemolymph20-HE of both female and male were in Ia'ebrua,ry(3.T5-3.38ng Jml and 3.68 t 1.78ng/ml)These results indicated that peak levelsof hemolymph 2D--HE in May (female) and June (msI.) were related to growth,peak levels in August (female) and September (male) were related. to reproductivemolt and early gonad development
