      Abstract:The reproduction and growth of Exopelaemon carinleanda(Holthuis)cultUred in earthen ponds with reference tO its maximum sustaining yield oncatch rotation have been conducted. The shrimp can reach first majority after 3months of culture. The percentage of berried females against to total number ofshrimp was 3.84-16.71%. The mean relative fecundity was 512.70 eggs/g. Therelationship between the age (t,month)and the body length (L,cm)ean be expressed by th6 equation Lt = 10. 54[1 - e-0.1412(t+0.54)]. The weight (W,g)-age (t,month)celationship can be described as Wt = 18 .30[1 - e-0.1412(t+054)]8. The total mortality of E. carinfeande for pond cultUre was calculated tO be 0.6270(includingnacreal mortality of 0.3526 and catehing mortality 0.2744). At present the ageclass ila the harvest is mainly three-month old. In such a case it would be difficulttO maintain the maximum sustaining yield. If the oatehable age class can be shiftto four-mom,h old and the fishing effort is controlled tO 1.40, 48.38N merementin acal yield might be expected and the primary relative abundance of the reproduotlye population can be maintained in a stable state.

      Abstract:This study examines the criteria of water temperature for black carp, grass carp,silver carp, bighead, common carp, etc in the condition of thermal shock.The paper reported the optimum growth temperatures,the maximum lethal temperatures and the short exposure maximum high temperatllres for these fishes.All the criteria can be considered as appraisal values of water temperature for thegrowth and breeding of these fishes.The researeh results also have the importantreference on the management of warm water and flowillg-warm water fishcultivation and the controlling of the outflow nf warm water intO waters wber6the fishes inhabit.

    • THE CALCULATION FOR HAULING MOMENT AND ROLLING OF PURSE SEINER DURING THE PROCEDURE

      Abstract:Based on the data of realtime records the tensile directions na-mely the angle between the tension line and the vertical line, while the inclining moment is up to the maximum which normally occurs in the end of hauling,are-analyzed, when and the purse-line is supposed as a suspended flexible wire in the water during hauling. On account of the amount and the point of tension and other factors,a simplified formula of maximum inclining moment is derived.The rolling of seiner is calculated with the impulse response method according to the rolling equation. For different size of vessels and net specifications,the adjustment coefficients,C1 and C2,are introduced into vessel's inertia moment.of the mass for rolling and for net specifications respectively in the calculation. In practice, the results from calculation are satisfactory. In this paper, it has indicated that rolling amplitude will increase many times if the fishing vessels are effected by the moments caused by wind and/or wave during hauling, and the vessels might be in danger. The calculation as mentioned about is practically significant in the designing of purse seiner and the checking of its stability. This method provides a basis for the further modification and adjustment of tha Rules for stability of fishing vessels.

      Abstract:This paper expounded that GCHV-841 sifted is cultured with adaptability in cell line(PSF) from the fibroblast cell of grass carp(Ctenopha-ryngoho ldella)snout tissue, attenuated domostication, preparation ofattenuated live vaccille obtailled through cell cultUre,observation on innoeuity,determination of percent relative protection with difforent dilutions and dosages,and test of storage.GCHV-841 has been domesticated continuously for 53 generations and has been attenuated. The attenuated live vaccine prepared with generation 53-59 is safe for use.The percent relativg protection of vaccine is above85%, when it was injected to grass carp with vaccine of diluted 10-104 tiniesand dosage 0. 1-0. 3ml/ind. The suitable concentration and dosage are diluted 102 times and 0. 2ml/ind. It is suitable to store the freeze-dried vaecine below 4℃.The comparatively suitable storage time is 6 months in 4℃ or 18 months in - 20℃.

      Abstract:The paper deals with the effects of PH (6. 5, 7.5 and 8. 5)and Ca2+ concentration(38.8, 61.1 and 78.8 ppm)on the growth and energy budget of a freshwater shrimp Macrobrachium nipguense. The results showed that PRvalue affected the growth of the shrimp, and there was interaction between PH and Ca2+ concentration in the process.PH and Ca2+ affected their growth throughaffecting mainly on their energy consumption.Under the experiment condition.the energy fed by the shrimp was allocated to grouch by 15.8N and faeoal Production by 1.8%.

      Abstract:Feeding and nutrition of P.major larvae were studied by diet rducing method and carbon-14 isotopic tagging technique. The resulte shoued thatfeeding rhythemicity of P.major larvae was obviously. The feeding intensity wasstronger in daytime(above 80%)than at night. Two strongest feeding periodswere in the morning and at nightfall.Glucose provided energy for the growth of P. major larvae and wag stored in liver and muscles.Amino acid was one of theimportant substanced for the growth of P.major larvae and there were elevenkinds of essential amino acid for P. major larvae.

      Abstract:The protein digestibility of the shrimp Penaeus orientalis‘ with the average body length 8.0-9.0cm on siateen feeding ingredients was determined by the indirect method with Cr2O3 as an indicator. The order of digstibility from highto low in siateen feeding ingredients for the shrimp is brine shrimp, blue clam, cooked soybean cake,Peruvian fish meal,uncooked soybean cake,FS-yeast,peanut cake,ESB-yeast,cotton seed cake,meat meal,rape cake,feather mea.1,TPL-32 yeast, blood meal, wheat bran and maize meal. The experimental results in connection with digestibility provided reference data for evaluation of the nutritional value of feeding ingredients and for formula of the artificial feed.

      Abstract:近年来在对虾养殖中,虾病频繁发生,严重威胁着养虾业,防治虾病已是养虾业当务之急。目前国内防治虾病的药物种类虽然很多,但疗效甚佳者尚不多见[国家海洋局,1975],主要原因是未能做到对症下药,一旦发生虾病,就乱投放药物,如此非但未治好虾病,反而进一步污染了环境,同时对对虾本身可能有副作用。林光恒[1991] 指出至今我们对多种虾病病因及其诱发因素并未真正认识,在往治标不治本、重治轻防。作者认为要使对虾健康生长,首先必须有一个良好的生活环境。

      Abstract:斑节对虾(Penaeus monodon),俗称草虾,是极有发展前景的对虾养殖品种。由于天然种虾来源少,价格高,种苗生产困难,因此直接采用池养斑节对虾为繁殖亲体,能有效降低生产成本,提高经济效益。拍内外对提进斑节对虾性腺发育成熟、产卵做过较多研究,但多采用好生虾为亲虾[江福来等,1986;严隽箕等,1989; Beard和Wio);ins, 1980; Halden, 1978; Primavera, 1978]。本试验以池养斑节对虾为?繁殖亲休,经催热和人工交配,使之产卵、孵化,子代培养至成体。观察、分析了仔虾至成虾的摄食和生长。

      Abstract:对虾杆状病毒Baculovirus penaei (BP)是Louch在墨西哥湾北部自然海区的桃红对虾Penaeusduorarum 中首先发现的[Conch,1974]。该病毒主要流行于墨西哥湾北部沿岸,中美洲太平洋沿岸和夏威夷地区,可危害许多种类的对虾。除了上述桃红对虾外,该病毒还侵袭墨西哥湾北部的褐对虾P.azte-eus和白对虾P.setiferus,中、南美洲太平洋沿岸地区的万氏对虾P. vannamei、蓝对虾P. stylirostris长毛对虾P. penicillatus、许氏对虾P. schmitti、P. paulensis, P. subtilus、缘沟对虾P. marginatus和加洲对虾P. ealiforn%ensis等十余种[Lightner 1988;Siqueira Bueno等,1990]该病毒是典型的杆状病毒,双股DNA型,核衣壳外具包膜,主要侵害对虾的肝胰腺和前中肠,在上皮细胞核内繁殖,可在核内形成一个到数个金字塔形(四面体)的包含体。

      Abstract:近年来在我国许多养殖地区大力发展淡水鱼类养殖的同时,鱼类细菌性败血症的威胁越来越严重其病情来势凶猛,传染速度也快,给淡水养鱼业造成很大的危害。1990年到1992年,当该鱼病暴发期间作者在上海近郊及江苏吴江市等六个采样点的养殖场对鱼池水化学环境与鱼病的关系进行了调查、分析。

      Abstract:黄鳝(Monopterus albus Zulew)属合鳃目(Symbranchif ormes)合鳃科(Symbranchidae)黄鳝属(Monopterus),是我国长江流域及华南地区常见的经济鱼类。据考证,新疆哈密产黄鳝于1876年清朝湘军由湖南移入哈密[钟广生,1930],1964年在哈密地区首次发现。李思忠等[1966]首次予以报道。一百多年来,该种黄鳝已完全适应了当地的生态条件,在哈密形成了较稳定的地方种群。

      Abstract:从我国渔船40多年发展的历史来看,大致可分三个阶段。第一阶段(1951-1965年):据统计1951年全国海洋机动渔船仅400多艘[丁兆荣,1988],为了提高渔业生产率和安全性,1953年木质风帆渔船开始机动化。至1965年全国海洋机动渔船达922艘,近15万千瓦;机帆渔船发展到近6000艘,约28万千瓦。这阶段主要是发展小功率的沿、近海渔船,最大为294千瓦(400马力),最多的为184千瓦(250马力),是当时海洋渔业生产的主力。第二阶段(1965-1979年):发展缓慢,至1979年海洋机动渔船仅有1200多艘,机帆渔船2万多艘。
